Consultations are one of my favorite parts of what I do because it lets me meet you face to face and actually hear what you want to change, what you don’t want to change, and what your goal is long term. We’ll talk through your concerns, your lifestyle, and your expectations, then build a surgical plan that fits you not a one size fits all look.
There are a few key things I find myself repeating in almost every consult:
#1: Less is more
The best results usually don’t scream “I had work done.” They look balanced, natural, and like they belong on your frame. Every body is different, so our goal is to enhance what you already have and contour you in a way that works with your natural structure. Overdoing it can take you from “snatched” to disproportionate fast, and once it looks unnatural, it can be harder to correct.
#2: Just because we can, doesn’t mean we should
Not everything that’s possible is what’s best for your body. My job isn’t to say yes to every request. It’s to help you make the safest and smartest choice for a result that holds up over time. Sometimes that means doing less, choosing a different approach, or even staging a plan instead of trying to do everything at once. The goal is a result that looks great now and still looks great years from now.
#3: The bigger the implant, the bigger the problem
Bigger is not always better. Larger implants can mean more weight, more pressure on your tissues, and more risk of issues like discomfort, stretching, sagging over time, or needing revisions sooner. In consults, we focus on what fits your anatomy, your skin, and your goals so you get a look that’s flattering, supported, and sustainable not just “as big as possible.”
