Still feeling the ripples from last night’s beautiful gathering… ✨

Guided so tenderly by Monique, owner of in Walnut Creek, we moved through a gentle yin yoga practice, followed by a restorative sound bath meditation led by me, Nicole of Planted Energy. We closed the evening with a soul-warming tea ceremony that brought us deeper into connection—with ourselves and each other.

To each of you who came…familiar and new faces alike, thank you for saying yes to stillness, to your breath, and to pouring into your own cup as we step into the final month of the year.

There’s something sacred about slowing down on purpose. About remembering that softness is strength.

May this moment of pause continue to echo through your week, gently inviting you back to yourself. 🍵💫
