🌑✨ The solar eclipse today reminds us: integration isn’t just important, it’s necessary.

We can’t keep holding onto pieces of ourselves for “someday.” The time is now. No excuses.

Take back your space. Breathe into it. Live from it.

💡 Try this grounding practice today:

Find a quiet spot.

Place your feet firmly on the ground.

Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth.

Imagine roots growing down from your feet into the earth, steady and strong.

Say silently: I am here. I am whole. I claim my space.

Carry this energy forward as you step into what’s next. The eclipse is the doorway — all you need to do is walk through.
