Last night felt like a soft heartbeat in community. A room filled with four radiant Reiki practitioners offering their gifts so generously, and a full house dropping into the sweetness of shared sound. ✨
Being back in Pinole at the Quinan Street Project felt like returning to a place where the nervous system remembers itself… where we exhale without trying… where we’re held. My heart is so full. Thank you to everyone who came, received, softened, and made the space feel alive.
