Our mission is to empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives through compassionate care and community integration.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our IDD services. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing individualized service plans, and collaborating with families, guardians, and state agencies.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage daily operations for IDD programs.

2. Develop and monitor Individualized Service Plans (ISPs/ISAs).

3. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including DSPs.

4. Ensure compliance with He-M 504, He-M 310, and state/federal regulations.

5. Act as liaison with Area Agencies, Case management agencies, DHHS, and other partners.

6. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and incident follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

- 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.

- Knowledge of New Hampshire Administrative Rules and IDD services.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with care management software.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
