A note to the women of Sacred Threads who joined me at College Pond in Weston this morning…

The forest thanks you for your presence.
The trees remember your stillness.
And I thank you—for joining us, for listening, and for simply being.
Until we meet again in the meadow, in the forest or maybe along the shores of the beautiful pond… may you continue to connect with this magnificent more than human world.

What a beautiful morning guiding the inspiring women of Jane Does Well. Some of the day's gifts: an osprey diving with grace, a gentle breeze whispering through the trees, and the quiet strength of the forest holding us all.

After several months of healing from a broken ankle, I’m absolutely delighted to be back in the forest — listening to birdsong, gently touching the moss, breathing in the rich, earthy scents, and reconnecting with the natural world in all its beauty.
This fall, I’m offering three Forest Bathing walks in collaboration with other wonderful organizations. I’m also excited to share that a special spring event has already been added to the calendar!

You’ll find all the details, including how to register, in the flyers located in the comments. I hope to see you in the forest soon.

September 20 - Jane Does Well - This walk is for women experiencing or having once gone through divorce. www.janedoeswell.org

September 27 - Sacred Threads - https://www.sacredthreadscenter.org/small-groups

October 26 - Chapel in the Pines: A Wild Church - All are welcome. See attached flyer

Deeply grateful for today’s Northeast Guide Gathering at Walden Pond. There was a palpable energy in the air—the new life emerging from the earth and the authenticity shared among us stirred something profound in my heart. It was a blossomong of inspiration beyond words.

What a thin and sacred place!

Humbled to be invited to lead a Forest Therapy workshop for Wild Church leaders at “Sacred Conversations”, a 3 day retreat at the confluence of the Grand River and Whiteman’s Creek on the traditional land of the Six Nations Canada.

The time was filled with new awakenings, great conversation and beautiful connections. My heart is full.🌲

Mornings spent in the forest with the more-than-human world and others who care are some of the best mornings there are.
