Are flu and COVID-19 vaccines on your pre-holiday to-do list? Before gatherings begin, we encourage you to get vaccinated to protect yourself and the people you care about.

Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are proven to reduce the risk of serious illness. Getting vaccinated can also help keep your loved ones and your community healthy.

Visit your local pharmacy or contact your primary care provider to schedule a vaccine appointment.

Learn more from Nicole about the benefits of chair yoga and how you can incorporate gentle moves into your daily routine to feel better all around.
