We’re thrilled to welcome Paige Keough, PA-C to the Northeast Digestive team!

Paige is a physician assistant with a strong foundation in patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Practice from Campbell University’s College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and graduated magna cm laude from the University of Pittsburgh.

Paige’s education and clinical training have shaped her compassionate approach to medicine. She’s dedicated to helping patients better understand their health and feel supported throughout their care journey.

We’re excited to introduce you to one of the welcoming faces you’ll see when you arrive at Northeast Digestive — Kasee Santiago, our Front Desk Lead.

Q: How long have you worked here, and what brought you to this job?
A: 4.5 years, I had always loved administrative work in Healthcare.

Q: What’s one thing patients might not realize about your role?
A: It’s not just check-in and check-out at the front desk — we’re juggling a bunch of stuff all the time.

Q: What's your work superpower?
A: I am very good at being able to stay calm in high stress situations.

Q: Go-to snack or drink during a busy shift?
A: Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt with a few mini chocolate chips added.

Q: What do you love to do outside of work?
A: Spending time with my kids and sporting events, specifically football and volleyball.
