The beginning of a new Trend

Kristen opened Trend Acupuncture in her hometown of Henniker, NH in March 2014, with a main goal of offering accessible and affordable healthcare to patients. Keeping costs as affordable as possible allows patients to have an additional option in their journey to optimal health and well being. Kristen is a believer in kindness and it shines through as soon as you step foot in her office. When Kristen was building Trend, she always said, “I want every patient who walks through my door to be treated as I would want my family treated, with respect, kindness, and greeted with a smile. Taking time to truly listen to people is what we need to bring back to healthcare.” As the practice continued to grow, Kristen re-located the office to Concord, NH. Being in concord, Acupuncture has become accessible to many more people. A large part of Kristen’s success has been due to integrating community acupuncture in her practice. Community acupuncture is an affordable way for people to experience acupuncture. The treatment takes place in a quiet and tranquil group room in zero-gravity recliners. Regardless of what you are being treated for, the areas on the body Kristen has to access are from the elbow down and knee down, enabling people to be treated in a group setting. Educating people about Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine is an important piece of Kristen’s mission. She has created a relaxing and family friendly practice, treating thousands of cases each year.
