Here is a testimony from our client Shelby. Shelby dropped 25 pounds 🤯! And now she has moved on to phase 2..."The day I stepped on the scale and saw my heaviest weight I knew something had to change. I was 10 pounds heavier then I was when I was 9 months pregnant with both of my kids. I was tired all the time and could barely play with my kids like I used to. I decided to hire Lacie as my trainer and when I say it was the best decision of my life I’m not kidding! Lacie helped me get my diet in order and I started the beginner move it and lose it program. My goal was to take some weight off so I could play with my kids again and to be around longer for them. I just wanted to be healthier. In 3 months I saw a drastic improvement in my health! I got stronger and was able to do movements I couldn’t do when I first started the program. Not only did I lose 25 pounds in 3 months but I started to get my life back! We have some exciting news!!!
We are launching a NEW online 12 Week “Move It and Lose It” Program and we are looking for a minimum of TEN people who are ready for a life change! Helping people with their health and wellness is our specialty and we are about to HELP you change your life for the better!

Program details:
Sign- up date: August 1st
Close date: August 14th
Start date: August 16th
$85 a month per person (must pay upfront to save your spot)
No gym membership required
You only need a set of dumbbells (10 pounds for ladies and 15-20 pounds for gentlemen) and a mat
Nutrition consultations
Meet virtually on Saturdays for workouts as a group
3 workouts a week (including Saturday workouts)
Weighs- in and weigh- outs
Trainer check- ins

Today was a slow burn kind of day! Just ask .burch.tree 😅. Spend 1 minute doing each exercise (no rest in between exercises) with a 1 minute and 30 second rest at the end of each round. Remember to perform all exercises slow and controlled. Repeat for 5 more rounds. Have fun!

One of the most underrated movements when i comes to lifting. I often use this movement as a warm up or cool down on squat, Deadlift, clean, and sn**ch days. It warms up my core or rest it. It's ok to face an impossible situation and be intimidated: Fear becomes a threat only when you keep it. But when you place it in GOD'S hands it becomes encouragement.

What i learned about prayer: Pray to be effective in the impossible, in your darkest moment, and in your weakness.
