EFT was created by Gary Craig the simple form of healing has the client lightly tap on different energy meridian points on the body similar to ones used and acupuncture while talking through the issue or repeating a script this process of tapping and talking helps calm the amygdala down which is responsible for a fight or flight or freeze in the body while reprogramming the subconscious mind to change your beliefs about the subject these meridian points are some of the same ones used and acupuncture and correlate with energy systems in the body.

Difference between goals and dreams!

A Dream- is an abstract desire or aspiration that may not have a defined path to achieve it.

A Goal- a specific achievable objective with a clear plan to reach it.

You are the only person that can make anything happen. You can't rely or depend upon other people to make your goals achievable to make your dreams turn into goals it's all up to you. Once you make the decision that you're going to do it. You will get it done it might take you a year it might take you two might take you a month. Regardless of how long it takes you you will eventually let go of all excuses and start taking steps to achieve it.
