We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Introduction to Forrest Yoga workshop.
Created by Ana T. Forrest, this style is specifically designed to address the stresses of modern life. Aryana will guide you through poses to encourage relief from chronic back pain and "tech neck" to the emotional weight we carry in our bodies.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this class will provide you with the tools to build a stronger body and a more resilient spirit.
