For Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2025, focus social media content around the theme "Stay Safe Online," which emphasizes simple, everyday actions to protect against cyber threats.

Meet Lindsay — Benefits Finance Analyst

Lindsay plays an essential role in keeping our benefits programs running smoothly behind the scenes.

Lindsay handles the financial side of employee benefits, including requisitions, purchase orders, benefit invoice payments, and reconciliations. She also manages health, dental, vision, life insurance, and BeWell claims, as well as tuition remission.

In addition, Lindsay supports retirement processing, TIAA vesting, and ACH funding benefit needs. Her attention to detail helps ensure all benefits are accurately managed and funded.

Meet Philomena — Leave Specialist

Philomena manages all aspects of employee leave, including FMLA, maternity leave, CAT leave, and long-term disability. She also oversees workers’ compensation, ADA accommodations, and life insurance.

In addition, she tracks Staff Senate hours, updates leave approver routing for transfers, and ensures accurate leave reporting. Philomena is committed to helping employees navigate leave and disability needs with care and attention to detail.

Open Enrollment spotlight continued!

Meet Madeline — Wellness Coordinator

Madeline oversees employee well-being and health promotion through the BeWell program. She coordinates initiatives like HealthCheck360, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and employee flu shot clinics to support a healthy workplace.
Madeline is dedicated to helping employees prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional wellness while earning financial incentives for participation.

All participation components for financial incentives must be completed and submitted by the October 31 deadline.

Jerri oversees our employee insurance programs, including health, dental, vision, life, LTD, GAP, and voluntary products. She also manages retirement plans (TIAA, APERS, ATRS), Open Enrollment, COBRA, and ACA reporting.

She’s dedicated to ensuring our benefits programs run smoothly and that employees and retirees receive the support they need year-round.
