CPC offers competitive rates for all therapy services provided by our licensed clinicians. We understand that mental health services can be expensive, though, and often have provisionally licensed clinicians and student therapists available who can provide treatment at a lower cost. Almost every insurance policy has some degree of outpatient mental health benefits. While this coverage varies depending on policy terms, benefits, and the service received, they are usually comparable to the coverage for a primary care physician visit. CPC is in-network with several major insurances and can utilize out-of-network benefits with other insurances. Meet Andrea, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience walking alongside adults through life’s many seasons. Andrea brings a calm, compassionate presence and a deep understanding of the challenges people face during times of change.
She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance abuse, and chronic mental health concerns, and has a special heart for women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from joy—whether that’s during an empty-nest season or while facing challenges in marriage.

Andrea believes healing happens through strong, trusting relationships. She offers a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can work through their struggles in a Christ-centered environment and rediscover hope, clarity, and purpose.

Outside of counseling, Andrea is a wife and mom to two sons and a daughter, and values family deeply—something that naturally shapes her thoughtful approach to care.

Meet the Team | Natalie Carroll, LCSW

Meet Natalie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a heart for helping children, teens, and families grow stronger together. With 11 years of experience in outpatient and school-based settings, Natalie brings both expertise and genuine compassion into every session.
Before earning her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Natalie studied early childhood education at the University of Central Arkansas and worked in daycare centers and children’s ministry—experience that continues to shape her family-centered approach today.
Natalie is passionate about helping families connect more deeply with their children and teens, using cognitive-behavioral and play-based interventions grounded in Biblical principles to support healthy emotional expression and behavior at home.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys camping with her family of four, writing, and playing the piano. One of her favorite verses, Jeremiah 29:11, reflects the hope she brings into her work:
“For I know the plans I have for you… plans to give you a hope and a future.”
Natalie looks forward to partnering with families as they grow, heal, and move forward with hope.

CPC offers a wide range of complimentary services to meet the needs of individuals, families, children, couples, and anyone else in the state wanting to have the highest quality treatment within the context of sound biblical understanding. We work hard to ensure that we're utilizing the most current and proven evidence-based practices for whatever struggle our clients may be having, and have many specialties within our team of clinicians. This allows us to use a team approach when necessary to address things like divorce or other family system issues. CPC also offers marital therapy, premarital counseling, family therapy, online counseling, and substance abuse counseling. We are happy to work with employers, churches, schools, and other groups to help them understand issues they may be facing (grief, stress, depression/anxiety), concepts that could help them achieve their mission (communication, team cohesion, stress reduction), and how to best utilize mental health services.

Affordable counseling.

At CPC, we do everything we can to ensure that no person struggling is kept from getting help on the basis of cost. We'll work with you every step of the way to check insurance benefits, submit preauthorizations, and help you submit out-of network claims if necessary to minimize the out-of-pocket expense to you as much as possible. For those who don't have insurance, we have clinicians whose fees are based on need and often have a student therapist who can provide services for as little as $20.
