Without rain 🌧️, life feels unresourceful. Without storms 🌩️, we wouldn’t grow stronger 💪 or learn to push past difficulties 🚀. Being in storms helps us recognize patterns 🔄 and see how to overcome them 🛤️.

Working out is a must:

150 hrs per week moderate workouts is what is recommended that's 30 min for 5 days , 4 days 37 min, 3 days 50 min and so on
OR
75 min per week of vigorous workout with combination of both cardio and muscle training

What I know is 10 min a day has been shown to help with disease prevention , cardio health, better mood etc.

I challenge you to start there if your new to working out.

Everyday we promise ourselves, we speak affirmations, we speak loud and bold, but that's were it ends. Start with just 10 min a day then increase. Your body will reward you!
