We are thrilled to announce Ms. Meikle as our Rehab Champion for her incredible progress and dedication throughout her journey at Rockdale Healthcare Center. Upon admission, Ms. Meikle required maximum assistance for transfers and was unable to ambulate. Despite these challenges, Ms. Meikle has made tremendous strides through her long-term goals. Ms. Meikle now performs transfers with minimal assistance and is able to walk 75 feet using a front-wheeled walker with minimal assistance. Ms. Meikle’s journey has inspired both staff and fellow patients, and we are proud to celebrate Ms. Meikle as our Rehab Champion.

Ms. Meikle your progress is nothing short of remarkable! Congratulations!

We are proud to honor Mr. Gleaton as our Rehab Champ at Rockdale Healthcare Center! When he first arrived, he was experiencing severe discomfort and significant limitations due to multiple fractures. At that time, he required maximum assistance and could only tolerate short periods—no more than 30 minutes—in his wheelchair.

Through determination, grit, and the support of our dedicated therapy team, Mr. Gleaton has made remarkable progress. He is now ambulating 100 feet with a front-wheeled walker at contact guard assist and performing transfers with contact guard assistance. Mr. Gleaton didn’t just recover—he triumphed. Congratulations on being our Rehab Champ!
