Left 2024 & right 2026! I’m not where I want to be but the back, waist and face has slimmed down significantly! I will not be big again!!!
Follow my tips below to have a snatched body summer ⬇️ :
• weekly body sculpting/wood therapy
• weekly sauna detox
• cardio & strength training 3-5x weekly
• getting enough fiber daily (fruits/veggies)
• reducing alcohol intake
• reducing sodium intake
