9:00 AM – Gratitude & Prayerful Start
Starting my morning slow and talking to God so I can set the tone for the day.

10:00 AM – Skin & Hair Routine
Doing my skincare, my hair, and just getting myself together.

12:00 PM – Nourishing Lunch
Eating something warm and comforting because my body needs it.

2:00 PM – Home Refresh
Cleaning up my home and organizing so my space feels lighter.

4:00 PM – Mental Check-In

Why does resting feel so wrong when we know it’s the right thing for our body?

Like seriously… why do we feel guilty for laying down? For doing nothing? For taking a nap when we’re tired?
Somehow, we’ve been taught that rest equals to lazy. That slowing down means we’re not doing enough. But guess what?

You are worthy, even when you’re resting.
Even when the laundry ain’t folded.
Even when the emails are sitting unanswered.
Even when you cancel plans because your body said “no.”

Your worth isn’t measured by how much you produce, clean, check off, or perform.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is pause.
And if all you did today was breathe and survive, it’s still enough.

💚 June is Men’s Mental Health Month 💚

Men need to know, it’s okay.

It’s okay:
• To talk about feelings
• To ask for help
• To cry
• To go to therapy
• To break down
• To not be okay
• To need support
• To be vulnerable

Too often, men are taught to suppress their emotions and “man up” through the pain. But silence is not strength. Healing is.

This month, let’s break the stigma. Let’s remind our brothers, fathers, sons, partners, and friends that their mental health matters. They don’t have to do it alone.

Check in. Speak up. Show support.
