Did you know we now offer paperless statements?
When you check in at your appointment just let the receptionist know that you want to opt in for this option and make sure we have the correct email address on file.
You can also message us through your patient portal or email us at kennethwoodmdllc@gmail.com to opt in.

Did you know that you can take us with you on the go?
Just download your patient portal from your app store!
Search Intelichart and login to your portal. You can view your test results and request refills right from your phone.
Simple as that!

We are no longer calling normal results.
If you have testing done and we don't call you, log into your patient portal to view your results.
If you don't have access to the portal contact the office at (931)854-9880 to provide us with a cellphone number or email address to send the link to. We will be happy to assist you in setting your portal up.

We've had lots of changes happening over the past 3 weeks.
We FINALLY got our appointment reminder system up and running. So if you have an upcoming appointment, you should be getting a call/text message as a reminder.
We've installed a new payment system. This new system allows you to put a card on file with the office for co-pays to be billed to and we can even set up monthly payment plans for anyone interested.
And finally...we have a brand new patient portal! Links to this should be sent out when you schedule an appointment and a reminder will be sent out 48 hours after your appointment if you haven't registered.
