Celebrating this crew who provided excellent care to clients in 2025. Our team is truly 10/10 🌟 and we are endlessly grateful for everything they do everyday! Together we helped folx process big feelings and trauma, shift their mindset, practice boundaries, find self- compassion and confidence, grieve, lean new coping skills, say no (or yes), be authentically and radically themselves, befriend their past, and courageously take on the future. We held deep pain and celebrated things big and small. It is an important job and Vayda takes it seriously (albeit we might not always seem so serious…. humor + play are important too 😜). Cheers to 2026 and our continued mission to bring meaning and community in your healing journey. PS: we are ALLLL about supporting young, badass girls in the 🌎! ✨ There is always something to be grateful for, even if it’s small.
✨ It’s okay if this season doesn’t feel easy.
✨ Your boundaries matter — you’re allowed to protect your peace.
✨ You get to enjoy (or not enjoy) the day in the way that feels right for you.
