As you move through today, remember:
✨ There is always something to be grateful for, even if it’s small.
✨ It’s okay if this season doesn’t feel easy.
✨ Your boundaries matter — you’re allowed to protect your peace.
✨ You get to enjoy (or not enjoy) the day in the way that feels right for you.

A few weeks ago a handful of our providers and their loved ones (humans and 🐶s) joined us for an afternoon of fall fun! We picked 🍎s and 🎃s, ate tasty bites, chatted, belly-laughed, and even got professional photos 📸 (). We have the BEST group of talented clinicians who are also the most AH-MAZING humans. 🚨 Due to some rowdy fur and human babes not all included in the photo 🙃😂

Vayda is dedicated to serving our community, and we're taking action! We'll be donating food to "Hope for the Community", a local food shelf with 9 locations in the Twin Cities area. Last year, they became one of Minnesota's largest food shelves, serving around 1800 families weekly! Spread the word and consider supporting your local community food shelves!
