Sometimes the smallest habits can help interrupt the biggest emotional spirals.

Before your thoughts race or emotions feel overwhelming, pause and drink a glass of water. Staying hydrated supports brain function, emotional regulation, and stress response more than we realize. It won’t fix everything, but it can help your body slow down enough for your mind to catch up.

A gentle reminder: take a breath, take a sip, then take the next step. 💧
