Dear You,

These past months have been a deep season of healing — body, mind, and spirit. 🌙

As many of you know, I’ve been navigating a complex health journey while continuing to hold space for others. Now, it’s time for the next step — to receive medical treatment and deeper rest in Taiwan.

I’ll be traveling with my service dog, Gaia (whom many of you have met at Harmonia Sanare 🐾), and reaching out to my village — my extended family of healers, friends, patients, and kind souls — for support with this transition. 💛

If you or someone you know is near LAX, SFO, SEA, ORD, or JFK, here are a few ways you might be able to help:
