Since everyone’s telling you to run 5 miles and skip the stuffing… here’s what I actually do:

✅ I eat whatever I want on Thanksgiving
✅ I don’t stress over calories
✅ I enjoy my family, the meal, and the moment

But here’s the key:
I don’t bring any leftovers home. None. Nada. Zip.

Because one day won’t ruin your progress —
But five days of pie will. 😂

Pro tip:
Use some common sense (yes, portion control matters)
…but don’t obsess over macros on Thanksgiving.

Eat. Enjoy. Move on.
