Round 1 of Shaman Teacher Training in Wales with my teacher, Twobirds. Our studies were focused on both teaching strategies & personal inner growth by way of learning the mystical side of Archetypes & Chaos Cycles, healing amongst our clan & self-reflection. My Journey took me to be honored with the Archetype of Queen from my dear companions who gathered together from Italy, Holland, the States, Scotland, England, & Germany. I had an incredible wave of realization wash through me while walking through London Heathrow today- that I have always been supported & so many times my Spirit Allies have shown themselves to me. Truly… I’m SO LUCKY! 🍀 I get to train the most beautiful souls in the most heartfelt practices. These amazing students just became- REIKI MASTERS! It was a wonderful three days of working with the elements in our energy healing work, tapping into our intuition, deep healing with one another, and advanced Reiki techniques. The world is lucky to have these healers! If you love what you do, you’ll never have to work another day in your life!

One of my favorite things is making Vision Boards 🖼️ I love watching my dreams jump right off the canvas & into my life 🪄
There’s no better time to jumpstart this magic than on New Year’s Day 🎉

We will start our day with a shamanic journey & simple journal prompts that will help us hone in on how we want to shape up our new year & bring those desires to life in 2026! From there, we will hang with an amazing community, sip on some delicious tea, listen to some great tunes, and craft our Vision Boards.

All materials will be provided. However, any magazines you might have to share or tidbits you’d like to print off at home for your board are always welcome 🫶

There’s a special kind of magic that happens when we slow down, listen deeply, and remember that our intuition has always been guiding us.
I’ve felt called to create a sacred day devoted entirely to that remembrance — a space to see again with the eyes of the soul. 🌙
Third Eye Open: A Day Retreat to Awaken Inner Vision is a full-day immersion blending yoga, kriya, meditation, QHHT-inspired journeying, oracle play, journaling, and the creation of your very own divination set.
We’ll move, breathe, journey, craft, and commune — crossing that beautiful bridge between the physical and the unseen.
You’ll leave with tangible tools, awakened insight, and a renewed sense of trust in your own inner oracle.
I’m so honored to co-facilitate this experience with my dear friend Jess Reilly of Sacred Hearth Healing, whose quantum healing work continues to amaze me. Together, we’re weaving a day of deep soul work, gentle activation, and intuitive play.
