Narcs misuse vocabulary, distorting the meaning of normal words into something that fits their abuse and control agenda. They're not asking for "loyalty", they're telling you to obey, and keep in line, and never question the truth or morality of what they do. They want "blind loyalty", meaning, no matter how bad they are to you or to others, you have to shut your mouth about it, or there will be hell to pay.
