Corning Center is a member of the Centers Health Care family of nursing home and rehabilitation clinical facilities. We offer a variety of services including Skilled Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitative Care and Therapy, Social Work Services, and Recreational Activities.
