If I were to hold Christian based sound bath classes who would be interested in attending?

Video for example, incase you’re not familiar with sound bowls or sound bath classes. Attendees would bring a pillow, yoga mat, blanket, and water. They’d lay and soak in the relaxing sounds.

Such a good message. “God will never talk to you about what’s next until you leave what’s now” be obedient to what God told you first, he’ll tell you what’s next once you’re obedient with the first thing. He told me to leave teaching, I listened, he provided. It’s not been easy and there have been struggles but it was still the right thing to do. As each step of my vision for what he called me to unfolds I get closer to posting content. If you haven’t found my page and liked or followed please do. In the next two months I’m hoping to take and pass my personal fitness training exam to train clients in nutrition, fitness, faith, and mindset.

As a new business/ministry we rely on hard work and the generosity of those that support the Live Set Apart vision to:
Equip Christians with a roadmap, resources, and community outside of church to find their God given purpose & live it out!

There are 3 ways you can support Live Set Apart:
1) Share posts and events from this page or instagram with your friends, family, and church leadership

2) Pray for Meghan, her business/ministry, for connections with the right people and right timing, and for continued clarity in vision, spiritual growth, and leadership as she builds and grows where God is leading her.

Current projects that could use prayer and financial support for are:
- The Skaneateles Lake Boat Cruise for the Christian Singles group
- Rebranding from Central NY Christian Singles to the Set Apart Singles Collective NY as the group is expanding across NY state
- Aside from Meghan getting ready to take her NASM Personal Training exam, she's hoping to build a shop space to teach Technology Education & Life Skills courses in. This space would require wood working equipment, hand tools, and additional insurance, none of which is currently financially feasible.

Mission statements vs Manifestos…I read a post earlier and love the idea of a manifesto instead of a boring old mission statement. The first manifesto I ever experienced was the one from Mark Batterson’s book Chase the Lion. I’m hoping mine challenges people to join us in Living Set Apart.

What are you reading, watching, or listening to for personal growth these days? I just started listening to Forgotten God by Francis Chan. I love that I can listen to the audiobook on the SimplyE app (did you know all NYers can get a NYC public library card and use the digital resources)

Meghan spent 15 years as a public school teacher and questioned it every step of the way. One winter break she read through ‘s book and it changed her life! She sensed she was made for more, and that God wanted her to quit her teaching job…but she was filled with a million questions on how to make that happen?!

She stayed in her teaching position through the pandemic and eventually felt so burned out from her toxic work place, gender discrimination, the broken public education system, and the way hustle culture was promoted in society that she pushed even harder to find clarity in her vision for this wellness coaching thing she started back in 2016.

She realized wellness was truly a whole life thing. It was about treating your body like a temple not just in what you ate, how much you exercised, or what you listened to and watched but also with who you surrounded yourself with. That community piece is essential! I’m glad you’re reading this and are here to join me in living a happier, healthier, set apart, life!
