Because of aging equipment, patients sometimes had to travel to Corvallis for heart imaging. Thanks to generous donorsโ€”and the dedication of our Imaging teamโ€”a new state-of-the-art Echo machine was installed this month. ๐Ÿฉบ๐Ÿ’™

This $170,575 donor-funded upgrade helps staff better detect blockages and advanced heart disease, ensuring patients receive top-quality care close to home. ๐Ÿฅโœจ

The two Samaritan hospitals in Lincoln County were well represented at the annual Oregon Coast Community College Career & Technical Education Expo last week in Newport. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ๐Ÿฅ ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ Our staff chatted with college and high school students about the many career possibilities in health care and demonstrated some interesting medical procedures using training tools.
