Ep. 285 is here!✨Raised in India, guest Gayathri Narayanan’s roots are in Advaita—the non‑dual Hindu philosophy that shaped her earliest sense of reality. Yet her spiritual curiosity was never confined to one tradition. She pursued anything that carried the ring of truth. Although her family wasn’t religious, her grandfather was a close friend of her guru’s guru, a lineage that would quietly inform her path.

Gayathri’s journey eventually opened into ta***ic divine‑feminine practices, 🌺Tibetan yogic teachings, and mantra—even her name is a powerful mantra. Through chanting, she has experienced visions of the goddess—reflecting color, beauty, perfection.

Singing and chanting are not ornamentation but a branch of practice for Gayathri—pranayama in vibrational form!

All of this and more!

🎧Ep 284 with Ravi Kathuria has dropped💥 Ravi grew up in the intellectual heat of Mumbai, where arguing philosophy is practically a national sport. He brings that same rigor to spirituality, cutting through the noise with a clarity that’s both refreshing and disarming. He reminds us that you don’t need to abandon all of your dreams and desires to make spiritual progress; you just need to carve out time for it.

🌟We're talking about feeling the infinite in meditation—not even as a connection to any deity, but as an experience that transcends the mind entirely. We're exploring the difference between deep sleep and true awareness, why “having no thoughts” is still a thought, and how the ancient states of waking (jāgrat), dreaming (svapna), deep sleep (suṣupti), and the fourth state—Turiya—map onto real spiritual experience.

Why is religion likened to a photo of cheesecake? What happens when your mind finally quiets? How do we sort out the sense and nonsense of convoluted religious thinking? Ponder these and more questions with us!

Ep. 283 has landed🦉with guest Dr. Kelly Edmonds. She's a modern mystic whose lineage stretches from Belfast to Canada, from Catholic roots to a grandmother whose prophetic dreams routinely came true. She grew up attuned to spirit energy long before it was mainstream—reading tarot on weekends while working an accounting job, navigating a world where anyone intuitive was labeled a witch.

Today she channels a grounded feminine power, clearing cords, dissolving heavy energies, and working with guides from the Akashic Records, lightworker realms, and even Jesus and Mary. Her path encompasses somatic retreats with spirit visitations, and a relationship with goddesses like Aphrodite and Venus. Spiritual science informs her even as she assists people in listening to their own innate wisdom, cutting through the noise, and receiving guidance without the need to “fix” them.

We're all about consciously honoring both the mystical and the practical.

This week I’m talking with Dr. Dianne Cartwright, a retired medical doctor who isn’t afraid to explore the edges of human perception. We’re diving into telepathy—mind‑to‑mind communication—and how her background in science and medicine pushed her to investigate a phenomenon most people whisper about but rarely discuss openly.

What pulled Dr. Cartwright into this topic wasn’t just curiosity. It was the sheer number of friends and patients who confided their own brushes with ESP. The stories were too consistent and compelling to ignore.

In this episode, we revisit the early experiences that sparked her lifelong fascination with telepathy, the remarkable accounts shared in her medical practice, and the conclusions she’s drawn from years of study.

If you’re into parapsychology, this one’s going to hit the sweet spot.

Landing on Friday🎯with ep. 281. Hynotherapist, author, podcaster, and MakeMyHypno app creator Michelle Walters is my guest. Michelle's path into hypnosis is a tapestry of intuition, training, loss, and unexpected spiritual openings. She doesn’t meditate, but she does practice self‑hypnosis. Curiously, while leading clients into a trance state, Michelle began tapping into her own claircognizance more and more over time. Although she doesn't call herself a medium, she frequently feels as though she’s inside a client’s mind, seeing the creative imagery they’re building, or sensing the presence of their higher self, a beloved pet, or relative.

We're talking about the Camino de Santiago, too, here! Along with Woo Woo in the Redwoods, how hypnosis messages are better than text messages, past boyfriends as spirit team members + a thousand other points of light.

Mindlove guru Melissa Monte is my guest this week. After some earth-shattering experiences starting in high school, Melissa increasingly moved into a position of self-inquiry, asking herself in repeat, "what do I need to release this fear?" ❤️

Later on, instead of letting a felony conviction in her twenties cause her to shrink away from life, she launched her personal unfoldment even more. 💫Now you'll find her living her best holographic life, grounded in entrepreneurship yet fascinated by the universe and its spiritual inhabitants. We're talking connecting with nurturing spirits, miscarriage, quantum healing hypnosis, yoga practices restoring her relationship with food and generally weaving an undercurrent of spirituality into all of her challenges and triumphs.

**finger snap** we're in 2026! Happy new year! 💖To ring it in, I've got ascendance guru and guest Elizabeth Makepeace with me. We're talking about how she first stepped into spiritual experience after an etheric baptism at the age of 7, how she went from "Payne" to making peace after so many adventures tuning into spirit and unplugging from religion, and how her practice of recoding is helping her maintain vibrational alignment. Recoding involves going into the superconscious or "field" to deal with traumas or wounds that take you out of unity consciousness.

Elizabeth created The Ascendance Code to help others align themselves with what they desire. Our conversation is a total boost to lining up some wins for the new year! 🏅

🌟We are officially post-holiday! Rolling in with ep. 278 and guest Lora Cheadle, who helps people overcome betrayal and reenvision themselves within the context of their relationships.

We're talking about Lora's own long-term relationship challenges, her acquaintance with a household ghost as a child, how she got into the legal profession, and how she later moved into a space to accept channeled wisdom from the Akashic realm (started on an airplane). What Lora discovered as well--there's science behind the "woo."😊

Her spiritual practices include belly contact with the earth! Maybe we'd ground ourselves faster that way--something to ponder.

We're digging into all of the above and so much more.

Happy Friday! Posting ep 277 here with guest Rudy Hunter. He's a healer of animals and humans, with emphasis on trauma resolution. Rudy's creativity in healing techniques will be demonstrated by one involving color--I'm a willing guinea pig🐰So, we're looking at where got Rudy started with all of this. Interestingly enough, there was no religious influence casting a shadow over his early years, so he was freer in his thinking than most.

His understanding of how to treat animals from a healing standpoint doesn't involve divulging much to their human caretakers, it turns out. Rudy has a good explanation for this choice.

I so appreciate his ongoing desire to share healing techniques. Not only does he offer some detail on how his approach has changed through the years, but his openness to take on new adventures in the healing realm will motivate you to seek out some of your own!

This week's guest is Naturopath Camilla Brinkworth, who currently resides in Bali. We're exploring her background, beginning with some damaging effects from religious thinking early on, and later PMDD, but more importantly--how she rescued herself from these struggles over time.

Camilla is a non-dogmatic😘 raw vegan and coaches people on how to extract proper nutrition while staying within vegan/vegetarian dietary parameters. She's gained a lot of insight via Family Constellations work, and her Kundalini meditations and yoga practice have brought her nothing but light. Now, as she creates pathways to healing for others, she has a trove of wisdom to share.

We're back in action this week with ep. 274 and A'sha Love as my guest. This is a conversation for those who wonder about the essence of the universe and humanity's role. A'sha is gifted with perceptions she's honed over time since she had a shared death experience with her father. Not only does she sense and understand how to work with other non-human beings, but she has a role in clearing distortions and the residue from war and chaos wherever she goes.

She grew up with parents steeped in science, so her compass was not necessarily steering her to religion or dogma. Through her father's passing, though, she started to trust her perceptions of the disembodied world. Nowadays she's interacting with the structure of creation, fractals, inner tech of human consciousness, planetary grids + more. This is a conversation to expand your horizons!
