20lbs down and still going. The main transformation here is her lifestyle. Taking her time with this process has allowed her to obtain healthier habits and KEEP them!

Hardest part is starting and then not giving up!!

She broke her cycle of extreme dieting then gaining it all back and more. She broke her mindset of instant gratification results. She started appreciating her journey and knowing she will keep these new habits for life.

Not just appearance but life skills as well.
She goes to the gym on her own and knows how to make better choices with her food while enjoying certain things at times. No more overindulging, no more feeling guilty for falling off for a day or two, and no more self sabotaging. She has now found a new level of self love through this whole process.

Im so proud of how far she has come physically, emotionally, and mentally. Thank you girl for believing in yourself and not giving up. You have now shown you are capable of so much more then you give yourself credit for. Keep at it!!

Training someone is easy but to teach someone how to train is a gift.

I take my personal training very serious meaning Im here to guide, teach and push those limits. Make you feel comfortable in the uncomfortable. Learn your body inside and out.

No I Do Not Know It All!!! But im always learning new things every year to implement towards my clients so they can benefit from my knowledge.

I truly love what I do and sometimes can't believe this is what I do for a living. Changing lives for the better is such a rewarding feeling. Im blessed to have this gift, even though at times when I get burnt out the universe reminds why Im here on this earth. Im here to bring love, joy and confidence in each persons self to live a happier and healthier life!

Btw... I didnt know this photo was being taken, this is the real raw me teaching my client this movement pattern through each rep.

If you plan to invest in yourself get a trainer who will provide value and proper attention to detail each and every session throughout your entire journey. You will thank yourself in the long run.

We are so trend driven and heavily influenced by what everyone else is doing, wearing, eating, etc... since social media runs the world now its hard not to believe everything we see on here. Unless you truly do your own research and educate yourself.

Im gulity of it too! I get sucked into things all the time or if a doctor says this it must be true or this person has this much experience it must be true. Ehhh to a certain extent.

What I wish I could've told my beginner self is learn your body and learn what works for you only! Keep perfecting the basics. Adapt to the changes your body will continue to make as life goes on.

I have not hip thrusted in over 6 months and man it feels good not too! Lol I struggle with my hips in general I have been focusing more on unilateral movements and getting proper activation throughout my glute, hamstrings and quads. Increasing weight at times but knowing when to back it off if it jepordizes my form or activation. The proof is in these photos. Now im not saying dont hip thrust. Im saying listen to your body and do what works for you. Maybe I will hip thrust later on when my hips feel better but clearly something im doing is working...

Also another difference between these photos is consistency vs not consistent with food, training and cardio. Eating clean here and there, snacking and having an occasional alcoholic drink or 2 vs 100% clean eating and no alcohol. This is how my body response. I know when to enjoy things but know when to dial it back. But when I want 100% results this is how my body works and I dont mind it.

Pro tip: learn your body, learn what works for you only and learn when to say no to things. Be confident in your decision making. Remember this is your body!

Long over do post... we still have one more show this upcoming weekend but i just want to say how proud I am of this woman! We came in 1st in 35+ and 2nd in open bikini. Huge win!!!

Your work ethic is unreal. This prep hasnt been easy but youve kept on grinding.

We are not done yet and I cant wait to see what we bring to the National stage! This will be a first for the both of us as my first athlete to Nationals and your first being on that stage.

It has been an honor coaching you. 🫶🏼
