Week 3 update on my peptide journey…. And here’s what surprised me the most: ✔️ the food noise is gone ✔️ I’m not over eating ✔️ I feel in control around food again as a health coach— and someone who is struggled with being a volume eater— this is a big deal. Even doing “ all the right things” like intermittent fasting… I could still overeat. This isn’t about willpower. It’s about what’s happening in your body.
