A senior placement consultation is usually the first step in the process and is most often done over the phone in a relaxed, informative setting. 📞
When you reach out, you’ll speak directly with a member of our small, local team — Brittney or Kendra — not a call center or automated system.

We take the time to truly get to know you or your loved one and walk through the process together, step by step. During the consultation, we’ll talk about:

Current care needs and level of support

Health and safety concerns

Daily routines and lifestyle

Personality, interests, and preferences

Financial considerations and budget

Preferred location and proximity to family

This thoughtful process helps us understand not just housing options, but the daily life, routines, and support that will allow someone to truly thrive. Because our team works closely with local senior living communities and care providers, we’re able to offer personalized guidance and realistic recommendations based on firsthand knowledge — not generic listings.

Your information is always treated with care. We do not sell, share, or “blast” your information to multiple communities. We only connect you with options that make sense for your situation, and only with your permission.

When it’s time for next steps, our support continues in person. Our local three-person team — Brittney, Tina, and Kendra — attends tours with you, helps ask the right questions, and provides hands-on guidance through each decision so you never feel alone in the process.

You’ll have time to ask questions, share concerns, and clearly understand what comes next. ♥️
