The way to wholeness and happiness is as much “inside” the body as it is “outside” the body.

Living a healthy life, practicing compassion with acts of love are never in vain or for nothing. Those moments of being heart flustered, feeling chills, butterflies, joy, excitement or just being at peace are all indications of these chemical hormones are being released in our body. They are as good or better than any traditional medicine. A major part of mindfulness is the wisdom to initiate these experiences consciously so we can bring forth these feelings and healing.
