An essential part of my life...essential oils. They have so many uses! and are my favorites. Not only are they great for making your house smell good, but they can be used for health, beauty & wellness as well. I like to use the ones pictured-green tea, grapefruit & sweet orange (along with lemon, coconut & vetiver- not pictured) to create my very own perfume scent. I add to my daily lotion as well as adding a few drops of each to a little carrier oil or grain alcohol into a roller ball (pictured in second photo purchased ) or a spray bottle. I also am obsessed with peppermint oil and use it as a headache remedy, a way to cool down when its hot out & as a insect deterrent. offers well over 100 scents and offers around 30 varieties. I think its safe to say that I love cold beverages...but I hate having to carry around a wet cup because of condensation- so when I found these Neoprene Coffee Cup Sleeves on Amazon, it was a match made in heaven. There are two sizes and for $12 you get two different sleeves that fit 12oz-30oz beverages (depends on shape if cup which one might fit best)... These came from Case Star brands on Amazon & come in 7 different pattern choices- I have two sets- the Sketch pattern snd the Leopard pattern. With the warm weather on its way, these are money well spent! 🖤

XOXO...And just because we all deserve a treat... the mini bars are fabulous, they have lots of different flavors (and larger size bars too) but the orange peel & dark chocolate is my favorite! I usually buy mine at 🖤

🐝 Hey there honey! I have been a fan of Manuka Honey for awhile and use the brand on the regular (it’s available for about $25 a jar at Walmart or Amazon.)
I use it regularly for-
•SORE THROAT TREATMENT (the minute I feel a tickle or a scratchiness I swear by the following combo right before bed- gargle with warm water, followed by drinking two or three spoonfuls of pickle juice (instead of salt water) and then allow a spoonful of Manuka Honey to rest in my mouth and drizzle down to slowly coat my throat. Works every time!)
•FACIAL TONING/BLEMISH TREATMENT (anytime my face feels off- like after a sun burn or too much wind or breaking out more than usual, I wash face with mild soap & hot water, followed by cold rinse then mix a dab of Manuka Honey with dab of plain aloe gel & a tiny bit of tea tree oil and apply as a mask for 10 minutes or so or sometimes overnight then rinse off with warm water)- also good used topically to help heal lone blemishes •WOUND/SCAR TREATMENT -occasionally use with or instead of Neosporin or aloe to help heal cuts/abrasions/bites etc. Manuka honey has many benefits due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, but there is a scale for rating the potency -called the UMFTM, which stands for Unique Manuka Factor. The UMFTM rating reflects the concentration of of 3 signature compounds found in genuine Manuka honey, MGO, DHA and leptosperin. To be considered potent enough to be therapeutic, Manuka honey needs a minimum rating of UMF™ 10+. 🖤

Spring has sprung and its time to get busy with those spring cleaning tasks- one of my favorite cleaning supplies is the Oxygen Whitening Powder from - (a version of the name brand Oxiclean-it works just as well, but at half the price!) I use it as a presoak for laundry that might have stubborn stains or just need extra brightening power and I use it as a bleach alternative for my whites. Lately I’ve been using it as a way to clean my fabric masks, I soak the masks in really hot water and a little of the powder, swirl around for a minute or two and then rinse really well with more hot water. Its also great for use on carpet/furniture stains.
•ingredients: Sodium Percarbonate and Sodium Carbonate are chlorine-free & color safe 🖤

Back on that coconut. I love many different flavors of sparkling water choices- but coconut wins my heart. It’s perfection if you ask me. So refreshing and light, but also, fancy and fun. It’s delightful ice cold right out of the can, but also great with a twist of lime. I like to use it as a mixer with coconut rum and lime juice for a low cal tropical vibe. I also enjoy it with a touch of coconut simple syrup ( is my favorite) and a splash of cream for a low cal yet indulgent Italian cream soda. & are my favorite brands for the coconut flavor sparkling water (ahem...still waiting for to debut coconut) Both are zero calorie & zero sugar, so it’s the perfect beverage for me because it feels fancy and indulgent while actually being “guilt free” 🖤

I love lists and I love writing with real pens on real paper, so when I found the I was super excited. Rocketbook comes with a real erasable pen and eraser shammy. Write your notes, lists, doodles, outlines, bullet journals- scan the page and save it as a file- then you can erase it and start over- very similar to the Notes App feature that allows you to snap a pic of writing and save as PDF, but I enjoy my notebook because the pages are reusable. The book comes in several styles & sizes and I have “the executive” with grid pages (lined pages are also an option). The price was $19.99
I also purchased separately from another site some erasable colored pens, and they work great on the pages, but lose some color/luster in scan process- the book originally comes with just a black pen. I feel like this is a great option for list makers who want to save paper or for students/employees who prefer writing notes/outlines with actual ink and pages but need to save notes etc on computer. 🖤

I love my house plants, but it’s often a struggle to keep them happy...and alive. I started using the app to help me keep my plants happy and it’s made life so much simpler, and pretty.
