Just like that clinicals have come to an end but learning and perfecting our skills doesn’t end here! Time to show what we have learned in class and clinicals to the state!!! Exam prep is in full effect! We are so grateful for the opportunity to have even been thought of so highly to help people lives in many different ways. The simple act of kindness, the selfless acts of help have made our days and others so much easier! Thank you to our wonderful instructor Mrs. Kishma Walker- Mullix ! She is the absolute best teacher you could possibly imagine!!! We thank you for pushing us continuously and never giving up on us!! We are here to make you proud !

What’s your favorite part of clinicals ?
I’d have to say my part is doing weights using the hoyer lift! It’s a fun exercise lol no in all seriousness it does make the day go faster but you can see all the hard work you’ve done, all the residents whose weight you’ve gotten. It’s just a great thing to do.

Excited to even be here, what a pleasure it is to help serve the elders! We are enjoying clinicals even with small gestures such as gathering trays after lunch to take them down to the cafeteria!!

Day one of clinical,

What a successful day !! Everyone ended the day with a smile, we all had a learning experience. From passing out trays, feeding residents, helping residents out of bed, changing residents, getting residents back in bed, helping with getting weights. It was such a beautiful day and we are all excited for the next day!
