I love when people teach me new things to help me improve my relationship too.

Even though I do love to help people navigate and improve their relationships... We all have to do the work, and the work ain't easy. No one is spared! lol 😂

My friend Amanda on the left in the first picture gave me great advice even though she is healing through her own breakup!

That didn't stop her from asking me... have you done the four F's yet when I told her Andre and I had a little dust up!

That required a deeper talk with my hubs , being vulnerable and sharing what isn't always that easy.

Date night( food), flowers, and fire 🔥 we were just missing one ingredient.

With intention the 4 Fs can be your new tool to elevate your relationship too!

What makes you Jump out of bed and start singing?

looking like I'm 49, but feeling like a million bucks,

I Danced in my robe to Rob Base and DJ easy rock and rapped the whole song to Sims....

Then off to make a video for Sis for good luck with exams! Frownies on my face and double chin mask... while dancing round 2 with Rob Base..

Then whip out a chicken, pop open a beer, some seasoning, fresh herbs, and stuck some celery in its butt and then...

Dog walk with my ankle weights..... and 4 happy pups,, tortured kids, and a happy mama...... all before 8:30!

I need to travel at least once a month... dont always get to but its a rolling goal....what about you???
