Im here doing labs today!! I’m about 10 1/2 months out from my 2nd transplant. Today I celebrate my first World Kidney Day with my new kidney. My first transplant allowed me 33+ World Kidney Days!! I hope I get just as long with this one!!

Depression is one of the side effects that be caused by dialysis. Knowing how to manage and treat side effects such as this, is a key piece of knowledge to have when undergoing dialysis. Speaking to your physicians would be a good starting point.

I’m 10 months out from my 2nd transplant today, although it’s not perfect at all, for now…it’s what I’ve got.

P.S. it’s actually February 29th but I only get that day on leap year! So we settle on March 1st the other years!! 💚💚💚
