Hello everyone! I’m Mary Ann, Holistic Registered Nurse, Certified Sound Practitioner since 2023 and educator. I’ve been called “The Sound Energy Nurse” by my colleagues and I’m the founder of “Whisper Sounds of Wellness.” I’ve been in the nursing field for many years and have integrated sound immersion into my holistic care approach. Along with my husband Mike, who is a professional musician, we create vibrant meditative soundscapes using unique instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, Native American flutes, monochord and other sacred instruments. Our goal is to enhance
relaxation, nervous system regulation, and mind-body connection. My focus bridges clinical nursing expertise with sound-based modalities to promote holistic wellness and self-healing. I am dedicated to bring a fresh perspective to mindfulness, presence and wellness of the mind, body and spirit through sound, frequency and vibration.
