One hour. Or perhaps 75 minutes.

You lie down, fully clothed. Cell phone is off.
You don't have to talk, process, fix, or explain anything (unless that feels right for you).

Through light touch, I hold calm, steady presence while your nervous system does what it already knows how to do: soften and regulate.

We're not forcing change; we're creating conditions for your body to remember how to rest.

Some people feel warmth. Some feel emotion move. Some fall asleep.

Mostly, it's like coming back to yourself. Quiet and grounded, a little magical in the way that deep exhale moments always are.

Self-love isn't loud. Sometimes it's tending your nervous system, even when no one else is around.

Noticing when you're holding your breath.
Choosing to soften instead of push.
Allowing your body to come out of "brace" mode.
Taking a deep breath and bringing your shoulders down on the exhale.

So much of what we call "stress" is simply a system that hasn't had space to settle.

Restorative Reiki is one way I hold that space, quietly and gently. 🤍

Lately, my work with Reiki has been changing, because I have been changing. This past year was really hard.

I’m moving away from doing, fixing, and pushing (in my own life & with Reiki offerings)… and toward something much quieter and more aligned: Restorative Reiki.

This work is about nervous system regulation, creating safety in the body, and letting the system settle instead of asking it to transform on command. It’s less about “healing as a goal” and more about tending what’s already here.

I’m noticing this shift everywhere right now. More people are talking about rest, regulation, and listening to the body instead of overriding it. That’s not a coincidence. Our systems are tired.

Restorative Reiki is an offering of calm presence… a place to pause and just breathe. Your body already knows what to do when it feels safe enough.

If you’ve been craving less input, less pressure, and more room to simply be, this work might be for you.
