Join us on February 19th in downtown Aurora for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening of R&B yoga! Set to the sounds of your favorite R&B hits, this all-level yoga flow class will nourish your body and soul.

Our experienced instructor, Cassie Smith, will guide you through a series of mindful movements and deep stretches, helping you find balance, strength, and inner peace. If you're a seasoned practitioner or new to the mat, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind and get your groove on.

After class, enjoy a Mindful Eating Experience where we will explore different techniques and practices to help you be more present and aware while eating. Whether you want to improve your relationship with food, increase your awareness of your body's needs, or simply find more pleasure in your meals, this event is for you.

Join us for a relaxing and nourishing afternoon of mindfulness, self-care, and good food.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one (some mats will be provided). We can't wait to flow with you!
