Our Story. Our Why.

Elevated Greens Plant Based Eatery was founded in 2019 in Southern California. We are a family owned and operated business and have combined our passions for fresh, flavorful comfort classics that we grew up enjoying. Our goal is to prepare and serve flavorfull plant-based cuisine for foodies; vegans and non-vegans alike. Our menu will consist of delicious classic family favorites, desserts and homemade beverages inspired by our innovative culinary team and family recipes.

We have witnessed first hand that medicine can be a quick fix but along with that quick fix comes a whole host of side effects. Adam (the bearded guy on the far right) had a run in with some health issues. Elevated Greens Plant Based Eatery was formed based on a single decision by Adam (one of the owners), to change his health. A Vegan diet changed his lifestyle and health for the better. Every new beginning is formed by the history of past experiences.
