Join me in Crestone, Colorado for a weekend of embodied breath, intentional movement, and conscious community. To honor the Full Moon, may we soften into a sacred release as a means to truly let go of that which is not serving our highest potential. Just as a phoenix builds a fire of her own creation, we can release to our eternal fire... any unhealthy patterns of relating, thinking or being in order to create space for a more aligned path forward. My friends! Magic is abound, and the more I invest… the greater the return. I’ve withdrawn my attention (as best I can) from that which is out of my control. I’m redirecting my energy towards connecting….with my children, with beloved adult humans in my life, with the earth, with food, with water, and with movement. I have immense hope brewing in my heart… I believe in the magic that is brewing underneath the surface. I’ve unleashed my emotions in a way that has allowed them to flow more freely in each moment instead of filling a bottle until overflows and I can’t pin down the root experience. I’m in awe of the community that has held me and allowed me to hold them in reciprocity through this process. I’m in awe of this life today and humbly bow in gratitude for the path I’ve been shown. May I find the courage to simply take the next right step, to honor the human experience fully, and to continue to be divinely guided in this massive shift. Aho!
