At The Knotty Body, connection and care are at the heart of everything we do. Over time, limited access to our original page made it difficult to receive messages promptly and stay as responsive as our community deserves. To better support our clients, students, and growing wellness community, we made the intentional decision to begin fresh with a page that allows for timely communication and deeper connection.

This new space allows us to show up fully — sharing restorative massage care, educational content, professional mentorship, and meaningful wellness conversations, all in one place.
