Dr. Kaushik’s Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Clinic Personalized treatments through the ancient art of Ayurveda and the modern science of naturopathy. Ayurveda is the oldest system of healing in the world.

Nutrition and lifestyle counseling are central to a treatment plan. Ayurveda and Naturopathy are integrative modalities that work well with, and can be used as adjuncts to, allopathic or traditional regimens. Both offer a comprehensive holistic path to health and healing. Dr. Kaushik has over 30 years’ experience in different healing techniques and is one of the most experienced Ayurvedic physicians in North America. In 2011 he received the Dhanwantri Award, the highest honor for an Ayurvedic Physician. He teaches Ayurvedic medicine and offers lectures and workshops locally. He is an approved continuing education provider for Yoga teachers and includes therapeutic Yoga in his practice.

This lecture will be held on Wednesday, November 5 at 7 PM. It will be offered virtually through the Pawling Free Public Library and registration is required.
