We just wanted to take a moment to shine a light on one of our amazing customers who recently turned a little slip-up into a truly heartwarming exchange. When we accidentally forgot to include Max’s fur keepsake in his bag, we made sure to send it her way as quickly as possible (via USPS Priority Express). Her response? She went above and beyond to thank us with a thoughtful gift in return!

Departure update 🐾

Siblings are on their way to running the business with their Dads’

Sometimes sad situations bring together people in a way that was meant to be.

Jared and Isaac are the owner/operators of Happy Trails Pet Cremation Services in Crossville . They took phenomenal care of my pups who have passed in the past. Riddick, Onny, and Maple all gave their seal of approval when they met them some months ago. And Riddick LOVED them. So that speaks volumes.

They were coming to meet the pick male and ended up falling in love with a totally different boy AND a girl.

Cashmere and Suede will be assisting with running the family business and also playing with their two other half siblings
