MLB ⚾️Pitcher and crown point native, Chad Patrick stopped into for a much needed stretch in preparation for Spring training.

Baseball loads one side and asks the body to repeat it thousands of times.

Today’s focus: spinal rotation, shoulder mobility, and restoring balance between drive and lead legs.
