Prayer? I understood.
Meditation? Not so much.

What eventually changed my relationship to meditation—and to my own nervous system—wasn’t discipline or effort. It was learning how to do it in a way that actually worked for a mind in recovery.

No! It's incredibly easy. And it's a practice that keeps on giving for a lifetime. All it takes is 20 minutes and finding a comfortable seated position.

I’ll be in Laramie this April to teach a four-day Vedic Meditation course, and I’m looking forward to the time we’ll spend together.

Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless technique that allows the mind to settle into deep rest — releasing stress and restoring clarity. All it requires is a comfortable seated position and about 20 minutes, twice a day.

On the first day, you’ll learn the practice in a private one-on-one session with me. Over the following three days, we’ll meet as a small group for 90 minutes each day to refine the practice, discuss how meditation integrates into daily life, and explore the natural milestones that unfold with consistent practice.

If you’re curious, I’m offering a free 15-minute introduction specifically for the Laramie course — live on Zoom on Thursday, March 5 at 7pm MT. You’re also welcome to book a free intro talk with me at a time that works better for you.
