"Pat is great! I have struggled with hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction and Interstitial Cystits for 15 years. After having my first baby, I saw Pat to help with post partum recovery. At first, I was unsure about her program because it is so different than other PT programs I have used in the past. But IT WORKS! My bladder is by far the best it has been in my adult life. Additionally, the pelvic injury I sustained during my son's birth is significaly improved. I went from feeling pain most of the time to feeling pain infrequently. I also have been taught tools to make pain calm down when it does occur. Pat is very accessible- responding to texts outside of appointment times. She uploads videos so you can refresh your memory on exercises you have learned. For busy mama's, Pat offers virtual appointments as well as in person.
