This mineral rich lemonade supports digestion, liver detox, and immune health!
Anti-Inflammatory Ginger Lemonade
Ingredients:
• 2 tosp fresh ginger juice (or 1-inch k**b of ginger blended and strained)
• ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
• 2 cups water
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1-2 tsp. raw honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Strain if desired and serve over ice.
3. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Tip: Add a pinch of sea salt or a few mint leaves for extra electrolytes and flavor.
