We’re thrilled to share that starting January 2026, Olive Branch Nutrition will begin seeing patients at an additional location in at:

📍 1431 Opus Place, Executive Towers West, Suite 110 Room 142 Downers Grove, Illinois

This new space allows us to expand our services and reach more people seeking peace with food, body, and nourishment. 💚

This location will also serve patients evenings and weekends — just as our Crystal Lake location does, making care accessible and flexible for your schedule.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our Downers Grove office and continue growing our community of compassionate, weight-inclusive care.

This group is designed to provide teens with encouragement, accountability, and a supportive space to practice mealtime in community. Led by a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, each session includes:

Eating without guilt.

Even well-meaning comments can do more harm than good. We never know someone's full story. Let's uplift each other in ways that don't involve appearance. Compliment their laugh, celebrate their courage, or notice their kindness. People are more than their bodies. Always.

It's a movement that says no to body shame, restriction, and the idea that thinness = worth. It's about healing, not controlling your body. It supports intuitive eating, food freedom, body respect, and mental health over aesthetic goals.

It might seem harmless, or even kind, to say someone "looks so skinny" or "has lost weight", but here's why body comments can be harmful. You don't know what someone is going through, whether it's illness, eating disorder, or grief. It reinforces the idea that appearance = value. Compliments on weight loss can reinforce disordered behaviors. Bodies change, and that's completely normal. Instead, try "You seem really happy lately" or "It's good to see you". Let's make conversations less about bodies, more about being.
