TOC has added a new tradition of fun to our annual trips! We had so much fun celebrating this beautiful life on Beech Mountain in NC 🏂 Beyond grateful for the ladies that were able to go with us for a few days and we can’t wait to go back!!! Sobriety comes with amazing gifts 💙

Our ladies did amazing this year prepping for our annual Thanksgiving dinner at Tides! So grateful we were all able to come together and spend time remembering why we cherish the moments and the people we do 🧡💛🤎

Per usual we had so much fun enjoying the community time and being goofy in sobriety! Holidays around Tides are the best time of year 🙌 Next up, some fall events and Thanksgiving dinner 🥳

TOC Gulf Shores trip 2025 is complete 🌊☀️🏝️ We had such a fun group of current clients, alumni, and staff 🙌 So proud of these women for staying mindful, in the moment, enjoying seafood, soft sand, clarity, and a reminder that sober fun exists. Until next year Gulf Shores 💙🩵💙 🙏🏾

🎨🌈 Tie dye party 🎉 Unbelievably grateful we were able to spend time making shirts for our TOC Gulf Shores beach trip coming up in September 🌊🏖️ Our community time is so critical to actual recovery for our clients and these moments are what make some of the tougher moments, a little bit easier to walk through. Recovering from debilitating substance use and mental health diagnoses IS possible.
Thank you so much to our community director, Christen, for putting these amazing goodie bags together for our ladies🩷

Tides of Change Turns 5!🥳🎉

We opened our doors 5 years ago with a vision to create a safe, empowering, and healing space for women on their recovery journey 🌊

Since then, we’ve been able to walk beside so many strong women that shared their stories and gave us a reminder that healing is possible and recovery is real. The resilience, vulnerability, and growth we’ve witnessed over the years, has truly shaped us as much as we hope we’ve helped shape them.

To every woman who has trusted us with a piece of her journey… thank you. Y’all have been what has made Tides, Tides 🙌

And to our team, our community, and all who have supported us…your belief in what we do continues to keep us going even when it’s felt impossible.

Here’s to 5 years of recovering, reviving, and thriving together… and to all the waves of change still to come!!!

🌊 Summer is flying by and we are anxiously awaiting our Gulf Shores trip in September 🥳 But in the meantime we are still enjoying our community time as much as we can! Recovery really can be fun, and we always work to remind our ladies to embrace the small moments and enjoy the journey. 🫶
