We’re not built around billable minimums, and that’s intentional.

The reality is that not every client needs the same thing, and forcing care into a number doesn’t create better outcomes, it creates burnout.

At Limitless ABA, we focus on quality over quotas. Some clients need more support, some need less... it's our job is to individualize care based on clinical need, not productivity targets. That same philosophy extends to our team. We believe in individualizing for our clinicians just as much as we do for our clients. Whether that looks like: A 4-day work week, remote days, or other supports that help you show up at your best, we’re open to building something that works.

We trust our clinicians to think, be creative, and collaborate. We work as a team to meet goals, not to hit numbers.

We’ve had an incredible number of families reach out recently, and we are so grateful for the trust and interest in what we’re building. With that said, our growth will always be intentional.

At Limitless ABA, we don’t believe in scaling quickly at the expense of quality. We believe in doing things the right way, even if it takes more time. That means every team member, whether you’ve been an RBT for 10 years or are brand new to the field, goes through our mandatory 3-week training process.

At Limitless ABA, we made a promise and we're putting it in writing. Our BCBA caseload cap is 5–7 clients. Full stop.

Not because we have to, but because we want to. The BACB Ethics Code tells us that behavior analysts should only take on the number of clients that allows them to provide effective supervision. We believe that wholeheartedly.

In a field where burnout is practically a rite of passage, we're choosing a different path. We're growing intentionally, adding our next BCBA before we expand our waitlist, not after. The families we serve deserve a clinician who has the bandwidth to actually show up. And our clinicians deserve a company that protects that bandwidth.
